OLD BUSINESS

Total space needs are 150,000 square feet.
Discussion regarding the Internet sales tax incentive site visits occurred. Several
committee members have had very successful meetings with firms in discussing this
program. It was suggested that additional training on the incentive program be done at
the September meeting so that all members feel more confident about the information
they are introducing.
Don Brown gave an update on Valleo and stated that the owners are showing serious
commitment to the project by pursuing redevelopment, anchor stores, etc. The proposed
