CALL TO ORDER
At 7:35 a.m. Carol Atwood called the meeting to order at Cupertino City Hall, 10300
Torre Avenue, Conference Room A, Cupertino.

OLD BUSINESS
A.
Cupertino Appreciation Day -
Tickets were distributed to committee members and the event has been advertised.
B.
Marketplace Update -
Representatives from the Evershine Group updated the committee on the progress
of redesigning the center and described a design concept that they are currently
working on. The committee advised the developers to submit their plans in July
and to move ahead, even if the parking issue is not resolved with Longs. Steve
Piasecki will continue to work with the Group.
C.
Redevelopment Agency Update -
Carol Atwood reported that city council heard public testimony and will approve
the first reading on July 17th and the second reading on August 21". Discussions
are continuing with Jacobs Group and the city staff will be meeting again with
them next week.

MISCELLANEOUS COMMITTEE UPDATES
Steve Piasecki reported that the hotel and apartments were approved on June 19 as well
as Andronicos.
