CALL TO ORDER
At 7:41 a.m., Carol Atwood called the meeting to order in Conference Room A,
Cupertino City Hall, 10300 Torre Avenue.

OLD BUSINESS
A.
Marketplace Update
Representatives from the Evershine Group updated the committee on the status of
their project. The proposal goes to the Planning Commission in November and
the project is expected to be completed in the Fall of2001.
B.
Cupertino Appreciation Day
Carol Atwood updated the committee and it was suggested that more advertising
be done to promote the event in the future.
c.
Business Recognition Program
The sub-committee was not able to meet and will provide a proposal at the next
meeting.
D.
Key Development Activity
Steve Piasecki reported on the development activities in the City. He stated that
the report is also posted on the website.
E.
Vallco
Dave Knapp updated the committee on the'status.

MISCELLANEOUS COMMITTEE UPDATES
It was reported that the Farmers Market has been extended until November. It will return
in January.
