Dear Mr. Viskovich:
This letter is to assure you that this company recognizes its
obligation to bring the 12-inch storm lateral, labeled L-7 on
the attached drawing, up to City standards. This will be done
in connection with our current pole and pipe rack project. The
grading and drainage plans for this project are now being re-
viewed by your office.
The engineering drawings for the storm lateral will be presented
for your review within two weeks, and' work will commence immed-
iately upon their approval. We fully understand that the City
will not certify the work in connection with the pole and pipe
rack project as complete until the storm lateral work is finished.
