Per city inspector's question regarding the shear wall will be installed
on the opposite side of the existing shear material, since our calculation
was assumed the new shear wall will take the new loading, so the existing
shear wall can be treated as redundant material, it's practical to keep the
existing shear material and install the new shear wall on the other side.

For the shear wall behind the Family room, per contractor and home owner's
verification on site, there's an existing plywood shear wall on the exterior
wall, so the proposed hew shear wall can be replaced by the,existing one.
