CC Ordinance No. 1929ORDINANCE NO. 1929 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO REZONING A 7.74-ACRE PARCEL FROM P(CG, O, ML, HOTEL) OR PLANNED DEVELOPMENT WITH GENERAL COMMERCIAL, OFFICE, LIGHT INDUSTRIAL AND HOTEL USES TO P(COM, OFF, RES) OR PLANNED DEVELOPMENT WITH COMMERCIAL, OFFICE AND RESIDENTIAL USES. WHEREAS, an application was received by the City (Application no. Z-2003-02) for the rezoning of properties to P(Com, Off, Res); and WHEREAS, the rezoning is consistent with the City's general plan land use map, proposed uses and surrounding uses; and WHEREAS, upon due notice and after one public heating the Planning Commission recommended to the City Council that the rezoning be granted; and WHEREAS, a map of the subject property is attached hereto as Exhibit 1 and Exhibit 2 as a proposed amendment to the Master Zoning Map of the City of Cupertino. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That the property described in attached Exhibit 1 and Exhibit 2 is hereby rezoned to P(Com, Off, Res) or Planned Development (Commemial, Office, Residential); and that Exhibit 1 attached hereto is made part of the Master Zoning Map of the City of Cupertino. Section 2.
