Discoverer Ventures LLC, a California limited liability company, dedicates to the CITY OF
CUPERTINO, a California municipal corporation, for public use easements for any and all public
service facilities including poles, wires, conduits, gas, water, heat, storm, sanitary mains and all
appurtenances, street signs and poles, and maintenance of public infrastructure to the above,
under, upon, or over across the real property described in Exhibit A and shown in Exhibit B,
which is situated in the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California. The above
described public utility easement to be kept open and free from buildings of any kind except
public service structures, irrigation systems and appurtenances thereto, lawful fences and all
lawful unsupported roof overhangs.

California, described as follows:
Being a 5.00 foot wide strip of land across the easterly portion of the parcel of land
described as Lot 3, as shown on that Lot Line Adjustment which was recorded as
Instrument Number 11760522, on February 3, 1993, in Santa Clara County Official
Records, and being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the northerly boundary of said Lot 3, said point being South
71059'36" West, (formerly shown as South 72033'00" West), 16.33 feet, from the
northeasterly corner of said Lot 2, as shown upon said Lot Line Adjustment, said point
being on a curve, concave to the West, having a radius of 155.00 feet, and a radial bearing
of North 89°19'26" East;
Thence, leaving the northerly boundary of said Lot 3, and southerly along the last
mentioned curve, through a central angle of 31004'32", an arc distance of 84.07 feet;
