TENANT SIGN CRITERIA
1 All signs shall be internally illuminated , individual ,' •�i�::�
channel letters with black returns and matching trim.
2 Illumination shall ?�e ?OMA power factor neon , faces shall be
translucent , a combination of illuminated faces an� halo lighting
may be utilizec? if approved by landlord .
3 Tenants shall be allowed a maximum copy height of 24" on the
parking lot elevation and 18" on Stevens Creek & Tantau Elevations .
4 Tenants shall be allowed one square foot of sign area for each
lineal foot of leased frontage . I .E . : A 20 ' frontage would be
allowed 20 sq. ft . of sign .
5 Not more than 70/ of frontage shall be utilized for sign area .
6 Signs shall be allowed on all elevations except the west , with
�8, signs Max. allowed per tenant .

8 Two lines of copy shall be allowed , but shall not exceed 24"
in total height .
9 Logo modules shall be permitted , but shall not exceed the largest
letter of sign copy in height , and '2�-in length. Module background

10 All illuminated signs shall bear the appropriate U.L . lak�el on
each letter , per then E .C . ; and shall comply with article
600 N.E .C .
11 Three sets of plans shall be submitted to the lanc?lord for approval
prior to the signs manufacture and/or install .
12 Tenants sign company shall be responsible for obtaining all
applicable city permits .
