BEGINNING at the most southwesterly corner of said Lot 15; thence along the southerly line
thereof, West 6.74' feet to a point of cusp; thence from a tangent which bears North 37012'46"
West, along a curve to the left, through a central angle of 19037'50" having a radius of 27.00
