A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS TO EXECUTE
A FUNDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF SANTA CLARA
AND THE CITY OF CUPERTINO FOR THE SAN TOMAS AQUINO-SARATOGA
CREEK TRAIL BICYCLE FACILITY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, the County of Santa Clara has presented a Funding Agreement for a
grant of $35,810.00 to the City of Cupertino to serve as matching funds in the City's
applications for future grant funding for the San Tomas Aquino - Saratoga Creek Trail
Bicycle Facility Improvements Project; and
WHEREAS, the provisions, terms, and conditions of the aforementioned
agreement have been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney and the Director of
Public Works.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Cupertino hereby authorizes the Director of Public Works to execute said agreement on
behalf of the City of Cupertino.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Cupertino this 16th day of July, 2001, by the following vote:
