All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino, State of
California, described as follows :
BEGINNING at an iron pipe marking the Northwesterly corner of the 0.487
acre parcel shown upon the Record of Survey Map recorded in Book 100 of
Maps at page 9, Santa Clara County Records;
thence, along the Northerly boundary of said 0.487 acre, South 89054'38"
East, 9.94 feet to a point which is Easterly 70.00 feet, measured at right
angles from the original center line of North De Anza Boulevard, formerly
known as Saratoga-Sunnyvale Road, as the original center line is shown upon
the aforesaid Map;
thence, North 0004'00"t East, along a line parallel with said original center
line, 53.00 feet;
thence, leaving said parallel line and proceeding along the arc of a curve
to the right, tangent -to the preceeding course, having a radius of 84.50

with the provisions of Section 27281 of the Government Code.
This is to certify that the interest in real property conveyed
by the deed or grant dated July 8 , 1977 , from
PACIFIC VALLEY BANK, A CALIFORNIA CORPORATION
to City of Cupertino, a governmental agency, is hereby accepted by
order of the City Council on July 18 , 1977 , and the grantee

RESOLUTION NO. 4506
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR ROADWAY PURPOSES FROM
PACIFIC VALLEY BANK, A CALIFORNIA CORPORATION; EAST SIDE
OF NORTH DE ANZA BOULEVARD, NORTH OF STEVENS CREEK BOULE-
VARD
WHEREAS, Pacific Valley Bank, a California Corporation, has executed
a Grant of Easement for Roadway Purposes which is in good and sufficient
form granting to the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of Cal-
ifornia, easement over certain real property for roadway purposes , situate in
the City of Cupertino, more particularly described in Exhibit "A" and Exhibit
"B", attached hereto and made a part hereof, which is as follows :
All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino,
County of Santa Clara, State of California, consisting of approxi-
mately 0.197 acre on the east side of North De Anza Boulevard,
north of Stevens Creek Boulevard.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Cupertino accept said
grant so tendered; and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized
to record said dedication and this Resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Cupertino this 18th day of July 1977 , by the following vote:
