1 through 5, Santa Clara County Records, more particularly
described as follows:
The northerly 10 feet of Lot 2, as shown on said map
of Tract 6040 and running -from the westerly boundary line

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR SANITARY SEWER AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES FROM SAN CARLOS HOMES AND DEVELOPMENT
COMPANY CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY .029 ACRES,, LOCATED
AT LOT 2, TRACT 6040
WHEREAS, there has been executed a Grant of Easement for Sanitary Sewer
and Public Utility Purposes which is in good and sufficient form granting
to the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California, easement
over certain real property for sanitary sewer and public utility purposes,
situate in the City of Cupertino, more particularly described in Exhibit
"A" and Exhibit "B", attached hereto and made a part hereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Cupertino accept said
grant so tendered; and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized
to record said dedication and this Resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Cupertino this 19th day of December 1977, by the following vote:

A strip of land 26.00 feet in width along a portion of the southerly ,line of
that certain 10.628 acre parcel of land shown on that certain Record of Survey

Records;
Commencing at the most southwesterly corner of that property shown on the said
