DEDICATION FOR ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES
All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino,
County of Santa Clara, State of California and being a portion
of Lots 58, 59 and 60 as said lots are shown upon that certain
map entitled, "Map of the 9th Addition Monta Vista," which map
was recorded April 11, 1917 in Book "P" of Maps at Page 16 Santa
Clara County Official Records and being more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the common lot corner of Lots 59 and 55 on the
Northerly line of Ricardo Road as said lots and road are shown
upon said "Map of the 9th Addition Monta Vista";
thence West along said Northerly line 216.08 feet to the
beginning of a tangent curve to the right;
thence Northwesterly, Northerly and Northeasterly along said
curve having a radius of 15.00 feet, a central angle of
122029'10" and an arc length of 32.07 feet;
thence N 32"29'10" E, (N 38"08' E, Map) along the Southeasterly
line of Stevens Canyon Road (formerly San Jose Road), 167.17
feet to the most Northerly corner of said Lot 58;
thence S 40"15'46" E, (S 39"43' E, Map) along the Northeasterly
line of said Lot 58 a distance of 10.47 feet to a line parallel
with and distant 10.00 feet Southeasterly measured at right
angles from said Southeasterly line of Stevens Canyon Road;

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR ROADWAY PURPOSES FROM
HAROLD GEORGE BARCLAY AND KATHRYN L. F. BARCLAY,
APN 356-01-010, 22605 RICARDO ROAD
WHEREAS, Harold George Barclay and Kathryn L. F. Barclay have executed a
Grant of Easement for Roadway Purposes which is in good and sufficient form, granting
to the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California, easement over
certain real property for roadway purposes, situate in the City of Cupertino, more
particularly described in Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B", attached hereto and make a part
hereof, which is as follows:
All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino, County of
Santa Clara, State of California, located at 22605 Ricardo Road, APN 356-
01-010.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Cupertino accept said
grant so tendered; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized to record
said grant and this resolution,
