Joseph Jen-Kun Yen a married man as his sole and separate property, grant(s) to the CITY OF
CUPERTINO for public roadway purposes, together with the right to construct, repair, operate, and
maintain any and all public utilities and improvements which shall be or become necessary for
preservation of the public safety, welfare or convenience, the hereinafter described property which is
situated in the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California, and as described as follows:

All that certain real property situated in the City of Cupertino,
County of Santa Clara, State of California, being the Northerly
five feet of Lot 65 of Map of Subdivision "A", Monta Vista, which
map was filed for record in the Office of the Recorder of said
County on April 11, 1917 in Book 'P' of Maps at page 20, more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the most Northeasterly corner of said Lot on
the Southerly line of Hermosa Avenue 40 in width as shown upon
said Map;
Thence along said Southerly line Westerly 100.15 feet to the
Northwesterly corner thereof;
Thence along the Westerly line thereof Southerly 5.00 feet;
Thence along a line whicc is parallel with the centerline of
Hermosa Avenue and distant therefrom 25.00 feet, right angle
measure, Easterly 100.15 feet to the Easterly line thereof;
Thence along said Easterly line Northerly 5.00 feet to the
Point of beginning.
Containing 500.75 square feet, more or less.
