All that certain land situated in the State of California, County of Santa Clara, City of
Cupertino, described as follows:
A portion of Lot 30 and a portion of lot 56, as shown on that certain map entitled, "Map
of Inspiration Heights,Monta Vista,",which map was filed for record in the Office of the
Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, State of California on April 11, 1917 in Book "P"
of Maps, at page 13, and more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at a point in the center line of Merriman Road, formerly Alhambra Road, at
the westerly common corner to Lots 56 and 57, as said road and lots are shown upon the
map above referred to; running thence easterly along the dividing line between said Lots
56 and 57, a distance of 20.00 feet to a line drawn parallel to said center line and to the
True Point of Beginning; running thence northerly along said line drawn parallel a
distance of 70.12 feet to a line drawn parallel to said dividing line between Lots 56 and
57; running thence easterly and parallel with said dividing line between Lots 56 and 57
for a distance of 10.00 feet; running thence southerly along a line drawn parallel to said

and Exhibit`B", attached hereto and made a part hereof, which is as follows:
All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino, County of
Santa Clara, State of California, located at 10690 MERRIMAN ROAD,
APN 342-16-120.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Cupertino accept said grant so
tendered; and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized to record said
grant and this resolution.
