Dated: June 8, 2006 By: Candice Kido City Clerk's Office F -5°k RESOLUTION NO. 06-103 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO ACCEPTING A GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR PEDESTRIAN ACCESS PURPOSES OVER LOT 1 OF TRACT 9729, OAK PARK VILLAGE CONDOMINIUMS, APN 326-10-064 WHEREAS, The City of Cupertino has required as a condition of development of the Oak Park Village Condominiums on APN 326-10-064 that the owners of said parcel convey to the City a grant of easement over said parcel for pedestrian purposes, more particularly described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made a part hereof; and WHEREAS, the owners of APN 326-10-064 have executed said grant of easement for pedestrian purposes, which is in good and sufficient form, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Cupertino accept said grant so tendered; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized to record said grant and this resolution.
