Clara County Records; said point of beginning also being on the Southerly line of
Scenic Boulevard, forty feet wide; thence along said Southerly line of Scenic
Boulevard on a non-tangent curve to the left with an initial radial bearing S34 024'21"E,
a radius of 405.00 feet, an internal angle of 4 024'26' and a length of 31.15 feet to the
Northeasterly corner said Section 11A; thence along the Easterly line of said Section

ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR ROADWAY PURPOSES FROM
JOHN GHASHGHARI AND KELLY WALSH, HUSBAND AND WIFE, AS
COMMUNITY PROPERTY WITH RIGHT OF SURVIVORSHIP,
10230 SCENIC BOULEVARD, APN 357-08-016
WHEREAS, John Ghashghari and Kelly Walsh, husband and wife, as Community
Property with Right of Survivorship, have executed a Grant of Easement for Roadway Purposes
which is in good and sufficient form, granting to the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara,
State of California, easement over certain real property for roadway purposes, situate in the City
of Cupertino, more particularly described in Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B", attached hereto and
made a part hereof, which is as follows:
All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino, County of
Santa Clara, State of California, located at 10230 Scenic Boulevard,
APN 357-08-016.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Cupertino accept said grant so
tendered; and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized to record said
grant and this resolution.
