Dear Ms Fullerton,
As your applications for a Development Permit (DP-2011-07) to allow a personal wireless service facility
consisting of 12 panel antennas mounted on a 75' monopine and associated base equipment; an
Architectural and Site Permit (ASA-2011-21) to allow a personal wireless service facility consisting of 12
panel antennas mounted on a 75' monopine and associated base equipment; a Height Exception (EXC-
2011-12) to allow the antennas for a proposed personal wireless service facility to be mounted at a height
of 55', 6" to 70'where 55' is allowed; and a Tree Removal Permit (TR-2011-72) to allow the removal and
replacement of 2 trees to facilitate the construction of a new wireless service facility, located at 21060
Homestead Road, has remained incomplete since November 13, 2013, the applications for this project
have been closed.
Any unused deposits remaining on file will be processed for a refund and issued back to the original
payee.

accordance with the Permit Streamlining Act (California Government Code section 65920).
To avoid having to reapply and pay new fees, please address the above comments within 60 days (7/20/2014).
