KonE-Yeu Han and Sueiane Han, husband and wife as community property with right of
survivorship,grants to the CITY OF CUPERTINO a public utility easement under, on, over and
above, the hereinafter described property, to be used for any and all public utility facilities,
including wires, water pipe lines and fire hydrants, together with the right to construct, repair,
operate, and maintain any and all improvements which shall be or become necessary for the
operation of said public utilities. The Public Utility Easement shall be kept open and free from
buildings and structures of any kind except public utility structures, irrigation systems and lawful
fences. This easement shall affect the hereinafter described property which is situated in the City
of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California, and is described as follows:
