Kevin Meyers reported to Brian Rose with Glazier Ironworks at the shop in Hayward, CA. Reviewed welder
qualification papers for Santos Larios—ID #0429, Romero Leon —ID #0437, and Tavier Larios—ID #0411.
Observed welding in progress and completed performed by (3) welders previously reported using FCAW process
with E71 T-1 wire. Weldments observed consisted of partial penetration, single pass fillet welds joining TS column
to base plate, plate to TS column, plate to TS beam, and splice to TS. Member checklist attached.
Work observed was, to the best of Kevin`s knowledge in conformance with approved plans, specifications and
applicable standards of workmanship.
Laboratory test results are enclosed if testing was done during the period covered by this report.
