or convenience, the real property described in Exhibit A and shown in Exhibit B, which is

Clara, State of California, described as follows:
Being a portion of Lot 47 and a portion of Lot 48, as shown on that certain map
entitled, "Map of Subdivision A, Monte Vista ", filed for record in the office of the
Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, State of California on April 11, 1917 in
Book P of Maps at Page 20, Official Records of Santa Clara County, and being
more particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at the westerly corner of said Lot 48, thence along the northern
line of said Lot 48, North 89 °49'16" East, 72.00 feet to the true point of beginning;
thence North 00002'16" West, 10.00 feet; thence North 89 °49' 16" East, 59.05
