Consolidated Plumbing,Ina is pleased to present the following estimated costs for hydro-excavation to repair
the first three(3)address that were.noted with major offsets located during the sanitary sewer video investigation.
The budged costs in this estimate are based on our previous experience on site having to perform hydro-
excavation to expose and make repairs to the sanitarysewer lines:The presence of extensive utilities in the direct
path of excavation to expose the pipe and severe tree roots has`rendered conventional excavation impossible.This
does not mean that all of the lines noted for repai s would require the exact same methods but based on the

The three(3)locations fisted Below have been based on the severity of the compromised conditions found during
the video investigation.For this estmate of repaus we}have used prior work`as a baseline budget cost for the
addresses listed below.Depending on;the actual conditions at the site of each of the three locations will vary in
cost from each other.We are proposing to perform the work on a Time&Materials Basis which we would track
on an ongoing basis during the work If your-preference would be to have a solid bid for these locations I can go
out and view each property and put a specific scope together based on the.conditions at each property.
