described as follows.
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 85,as said Lot is shown on the
map entitled"Map of Subdivision"A" Monte Vista",filed for record in
Volume"P" of Maps at Page 20 in Santa Clara County Records on April 11,
1917;thence along the north line of said 'Lot East 100.30 feet to the east
