Thanks. For what it's worth, the application had been applied for by Synergie Corp 10/26/2011 and has been incomplete
since 11/23/2011. Both original applicants no longer are working on this project—or presumably in the same company.

In addition to trying to determine project status,there is also the issue of a number of application fees that were
collected that will require a letter from Synergiecorp to apply towards the new applicant and/or we'll need to issue a
refund and close the applications. Any help yourself or Nancy Huff(also cc'ed) could provide in this regard would be
greatly appreciated.
