BACKGROUND At its July 26, 2008 Work Plan Development session, the Parks and Recreation Commission reviewed the Ciry Council referrals for this fiscal year and other priorities it might want to consider. Following discussion and priority identification, the Commission asked staff to prepare a draft work plan for FY 08-09.
