Cupertino Homes, LLC, Joll~rnan Lane/Orline Court, APN(s) 359-22-060, 061 The applicant has completed City-specified improvements in the City right-of- way, including curb, gutter, sidewalk, and driveway work as required by the improvement agreement with the City. b. Bay Colony Investors II, Inc., 10745 De Anza Boulevard, APN 326-10-064 The applicant has completed city-specified roadside improvements along the street frontage of their building site as required by the improvement agreement with the City. 7. Adopt a resolution approving an improvement agreement, Stelling Palms of Cupertino, LLC, 10855 N. Stelling. Road, APN 326-07-037, Resolution No. 08-118. Through the improvement agreement with the City for a building permit for twenty single family residential units, the applicant will be obligated to bond and construct city- specified roadside improvements along the street frontage of their building site.
