A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
APPROVING THE PARCEL MAP FOR SING-CHUNG HU, TRUSTEE, AND
HSIEN-HSIEN DIANA HU, TRUSTEE, 10026, 10028 AND 10030 ORANGE
AVENUE, APN 357-17-114; AUTHORIZING SIGNING OF PARCEL MAP
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council for approval and for
authorization to record parcel map located at 10026, 10028, 10030 Orange Avenue;
NOVV, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT
a. Said parcel map is hereby approved.
b. The City Engineer and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to sign said
parcel map.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Cupertino this 5`" day of August 2008, by the following vote:
