A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR ROADWAY PURPOSES FROM
WILLIAM JOSEPH CHOE, 10388 BYRNE AVENUE, APN 357-14-032
WHEREAS, William Joseph Choe has executed a Grant of Easement for
Roadway Purposes which is in good and sufficient form, granting to the City of
Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California, easement over certain real property
for roadway purposes, situate in the City of Cupertino, more particularly described in
Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B", attached hereto and made a part hereof, which is as follows:
All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino, County of
Santa Clara, State of California, located at 10388 Byme Avenue.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Cupertino accept said
grant so tendered; and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized to record
said grant and this resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Cupertino this 5~ day of March, 2001, by the following vote:

William Joseph Choe grants to the CITY OF CUPERTINO for public roadway purposes,
together with the right to construct, repair, operate, and maintain any and all public utilities and
improvements which shall be or become necessary for preservation of the public safety, welfare
or convenience, the hereinafter described property which is situated in the City of Cupertino,
County of Santa Clara, State of California, and as described as follows:

All that real property situate in the County of Santa Clara, State of California described as
follows:
Beginning at the southwesterly comer of Section 138, as shown on that certain Map
entitled, "Map of Subdivision "A" Monta Vista", which Map was filed for record in the
office of the Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, State of California on April 11, 1917
in Book "P" of Maps, at page 20, said point being on the center line of Byme Avenue;
thence along said center line of Byme Avenue North 110.82 feet to the center line of
Alcazar Avenue as shown on said Map; thence along the center line of said Alcazar
Avenue East 120.15 feet to the northeasterly comer of said Section 138; thence leaving
said center line along the easterly line of said Section 138 South 25.00 feet; thence
leaving said easterly line of said Section 138 West 70.15 feet; thence along a tangent
curve to the left thru a central angle of 90°00'00'' with a radius of 20.00 feet for an arc
length of 31.42 feet; thence South 65.82 feet to the southerly line of said Section 138;
thence along said southerly line West 30.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
