A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR STREETLIGHT PURPOSES
FROM RWEI-CHENG LO AND HSIAO-YING HSIUNG,
19337 PHIL LANE, APN 375-OS-027
WHEREAS, Rwei-Cheng Lo and Hsiao-Ying Hsiung have executed a Grant of
Easement for Streetlight Purposes, which is in good and sufficient form, granting the City
of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California, easement over certain property
to construct, repair, operate and maintain any and all improvements necessary for
operation of a streetlight, situate at 19337 Phil Lane (APN 375-OS-027), more particularly
described in Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B", attached hereto and made a part hereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED, that the City of Cupertino accept said
grant so tendered; and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized to record
said grant and this resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Cupertino this 6 nth day of May 2008, by the following vote:

DESCRIPTION OF EASEMENT FOR STREET LIGHT PURPOSES
A five (5.00) foot wide strip of land over and across the westerly portion of Lot 25 of
Tract No. 1343, CASA DEL SOL No.2, a map of which was recorded on February 15,
1955 in Book 54 of Maps at pages 42 and 43, in the office of the Recorder of the County
of Santa Clara, State of California, said strip of land being more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at the southwesterly corner of said Lot on the northerly line of Phil Lane, as
shown on said Tract; thence along the westerly line of said Lot, North 2 degrees 15
minutes East 112.87 feet to the northwesterly corner thereof; thence along the northerly
line of said Lot, North 88 degrees 08 minutes 09 seconds East 5.01 feet; thence leaving
said line and along a line parallel with the aforesaid westerly line and distant therefrom
5.00 feet, right angle measure, South 2 degrees 15 minutes West 112.955 feet to a point
on the southerly line of said Lot also being the northerly line of Phil Lane ; thence along
anon-tangent curve to the right having a radius of 950 feet through a central angle of 00
degrees 18 minutes 08 seconds an arc length of 5.01 feet to the point of beginning.
