A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF THE SANTA CLARA VALLEY
TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY 1996 MEASURE B BICYCLE PROGRAM
FUNDS COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT TO IMPLEMENT FEASIBILITY
STUDY OF PROPOSED MARY AVENUE FOOTBRIDGE
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council the Santa Clara Valley
Transportation Authority 1996 Measure B Bicycle Program Funds Cooperative
Agreement to implement a feasibility study of the proposed Mary Avenue Footbridge;
and
WHEREAS, the provisions, terms, and conditions of the aforementioned
agreement have been reviewed and approved by the City Attomey and the Director of
Public Works.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Cupertino hereby approves the aforementioned agreement and authorizes the City
Manager to execute said agreement on behalf of the City of Cupertino.

Cupertino this 19th day of March, 2001, by the following vote:
