A resident was concerned about the new meeting date and time. She asked if the meeting was
permanently being moved to Fridays at 2pm. The website didn't indicate a permanent change and she
was expecting the Main Street project to be heard at this meeting. She didn't see the updated agendas. It
was explained to her that this is a special meeting and the Main Street project will also be special meeting
next week. The regular Environmental Review Committee meetings will still be held on Thursdays at 9:30.
