NOW, THRREPOM BE IT RESOLVED:
1• That Cupertino Lighting District No„ 3. be and
hereby is dissolved a:ad that the special lighting charge be
dropped from the County Assesauent Roll effective July It
1961; that thereafter costs of street lighting within the
City shall be a proper against the general fund of
the city;
2 That tho City Clerk be and hereby is authorised
and instructed to mail fortivilth a certified copy of this
Resolution to the State Board of Hqua1146t1en Of the State of
California, the office of the County Controller of Santa Clara
County and the Main Office and local offic of the Pacific
