WHEREAS the City Catitci1, on the - 16th day of Apkil 1960,
p oesod and adopted Resolution No. 294 approving the final map of
T"ct Rio. 2403, Pacifica Sribdivision Unit No. 2; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were specified
by the City Council, as outlined in the written agreement for
said Tract Nu. 2403 and said conditions and requirements were
agreed to by the Subdivider of said Tract No. 2403; and
WHEREAS, the Subdivider and Owner has not fulfilled said
conditions and requirements as Agreed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Resolution No. 294
and the approval granted thereunder be and hereby is rescinded.
