A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUP(s'RTINO
APPOIIITI31C i' +7!YBERS TO T:iE CITY RECREATION COP ±MISSION.
WHEREAS, the City by Ordinance No. 12% has created
a Recreation Commission, and
V=REAS, said Ordinance will not go into effect
until thirty days from and after its passage, and
GVHLREAS, it is to the best interests of the City
to appoint five (5) members at this time to contribute
their services in the formation of the Commission Pending
the finality of the Ordinance, and to take their place
on the Commission as aforesaid without further action on
the part of the Council;
NOtid, TFiEREFORE, BE IT RESOIL" ED:
That the following named persons are hereby
appointed to the Recreation Commission of the City of
Cupertino; said persons to serve without compensation for
the terms to be the period as setforth in the Ordinance -t
the pleasure of the Council or until their successors are
appointed:
