BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
WHEREAS, PAUL MARIANI, SR., grantor, has executed a grant of
Easement which is in good and sufficient form, conveying to CITY OF
CUPERTINO, grantee, an easement for the location, maintenance,
construction, repair, replacement and use of storm sewer facilities
in, over, across, and upon the property more particularly herein-
after described, to wit:
A strip of land twelve (12) feet in width the northerly
line of which is more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the northwesterly corner of that certain
tract of land conveyed to Paul Mariani, Sr., by deed
recorded in Book 2749, Official Records, page 178, Santa
Clara County Records, said corner being also on the south-
erly line of Homestead Road as it formerly existed 40 feet
in width; thence easterly alDng the northerly line of said
tract of land conveyed to Paul Mariani, Sr., 668.72 feet
more or less, to the northeasterly corner thereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that CITY OF CUPERTINO
accept said grant of Easement so tendered; and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, that - the City Clerk be and he is
hereby authorized to record said grant of Easement.
