APPROViNG CONTRACT CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 FOR, FUEL TANK
REPLACEMENT AT CITY HALL PROJECT NUMBER 2000-104
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Cupertino, California, that Change Order No. 1
for changes to work which has been approved by the Director of Public Works and this day presented
to this Council, be, and it hereby approved in conjunction with the project known as
FUEL TANK REPLACEMENT AT CITY HALL,
PROJECT NUMBER 2000-104
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that funds are available and no further appropriation is
necessary.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Cupertino
this 16th day of January, 2001, by the following vote:
