BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
CITY OF CUPERTINO ACCEP77ING DEDICATION OF
REAL PROPERTY FROM THE OLIVER ROUSSEAU
ORGANIZATION.
WHEREAS, THE OLIVER ROUSSEAU ORGANIZATION, a co- partnership,
has executed a dedication which is in.good and sufficient form,
granting to the City of Cupertino, County of manta Clara, State of
California, the fee title to certain real property situate in the
City of Cupertino, described as follows:
A strip of land 15 feet in width lying adjacent to
and southerly of the following described line.
Being a portion of Lot 3 as said lot is shown upon
that certain map entitled, "Map of the Craft Partition"
recorded in Volume "L" of Maps, page 28, Santa Clara
County Records and being more particularly described as
follows: Beginning at a point in the centerline of Stevens
Creek Boulevara, as said Boulevard is shown upon said map
hereinabove referred to, at the most northwesterly corner
of East Estates Drive, as said Drive is shown upon that
certain map entitled, "Tract N. 2153" recorded in Book 98
of Maps, Pages 28 and 29, Santa Clara County Records; thence
from said point of beginning South 0 24' 00 East 60.00 feet
to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING, thence from said true point
of beginning along a line parallel to and (°istant 60.00 feet
measured at right angles from said centerline of Stevens
Creek Boulevard, South 89° 36' 00" nest 276.93 feet to a
point on the easterly line of the certain 9.696 acre tract
of land as described in the Deec' from Romilda Perinoni and
Edward Perinoni, her husband to A. R. Towner, recorded in
Book 443 of Deeds, Page 304, Santa Clara County Records.
Containing 0.095 acres of land more or less.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Cupertino
accept said Grant so tendered; and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk be and he is hereby
authorized to record said dedication and this Resolution.
