BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO ACCEPTING GPWAIT OF REAL PROPERTY
FROM CITY TITLE INSURtNCE COMPANY.
WHEREAS, CITY TITLE INSU1 001 ANY has executed a Grant Deed which is
in good and sufficient form granting to the City of Cupertino, County of Santa
Clara, State of California, the fee title to certain real property known as
Regnart Creek situate in the City of Cupertino, described as follows:
Being a portion of that certain 25.61 acre tract of land conveyed by
John B. Eaton to Murl B. Eaton by deed dated August 4, 1949, and filed Decem-
ber 1, 1949, in Book 1884, page 428, S^.nta Clara County Records, and being
more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the common line between Sections 13 and 24,
Township 7 South, Range 2 West, M. D. B. & M. at the northwesterly corner of
"Tract No. 2377, Country Life Village, Unit No. 1, a map of which was recorded
in the Recorder's Office of the County of Santa Clara, State of California,
on riay'4, 1959. in Book 106 of Maps, page 8, said point of beginning bcing
distant along the northerly line of said Tract No. 2377, South 89 deg. 44' 52 11
West 1301.88 feet from a granite monument in the center line of Blaney Avenue
at the common easterly corner of said Section 13 and 24; thence from said point
of beginning along the westerly prolongation of the northerly line of said Tract
No. 2377 South 89 deg. 48 52 1 ' West 20.00 feet to the northwesterly corner
of the above mentioned 25.61 acre tract; thence along the westerly line of said
25.61 acre tract South 0 deg. 10" 42" East 560.24 feet to a point on the we3t-
erly boundary line of said Tract No. 2377; thence along the westerly boundary
line of said Tract No. 2377, the following courses and distances; North 15 deg.
461 01" East 40.94 feet; thence northeasterly along the are of a tangent curve
to the left, said curve having a radius of 227.50 feet, through a central angle
of 15 deg. 56 43 ", an are distance of 63.31 feet; thence North 0 deg. 10'
40 West 458.37 feet to the point of beginning.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Cupertino accept said
Grant so tendered; and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk be, and he is hereby author-
ized to record said Grant and this Resolution.
