WH&REA� S, it becomes necessary to apportion certain duties among
the various members of the City Council, and
WHER , said apportionment will expedite the ,functions of the
City Council,
NOW THEREFORHO be it resolved That the following named
Councilmen will be in charge of the respective matters set opposite
their names; Councilman Mayerholz -- Budget and Finance, Councilman.
Saich- -Roads and Maintenance, Councilman %lilson -- Buildings and Public
Health, Councilman Na`thanson — Poli ce and Fire.
All matters pertaining to the above topics shall be referred
to the respective Councilmen with such instructions as the Council
may see fit and in cases where action of the Council is necessary,
the Councilman in charge shall make his recommendation thereon to
the Council prior to its action.
The foregoing resolution was introduced at a meeting of the
City Council of the City of Cupertino held on November 14._55
by Maygp LIaLeaMy who moved its adoption and passage, which
