THE CLERIC OF THE BOARD OF SUPF' VISORS OF THE COUNTY OF SANTA CLAhA
VIHEREAS, the City of Cupertino' has been duly formed as
required by law.
MEREAS, Richard Olson, Clerk of the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Santa Clara has rendered invaluable assistance and
said assistance has been given to the City in a most workmanlike
manner.
VIHEREAS, the people cf the City of Cupertino wish to
express their appreciation therefor.
NO'rI THEREFORE, be it resolved that :
(1) The City Council hereby expresses its appreciation
of the services heretofore rendered by Richard Olson.
(2) A copy of this resolution signed by the I,Iayor and
the Acting City Clerk be forwarded to Richard Olson and to the
Chairman of the Board of Supervisors of Santa Clara County.
The forer-oin� resolution was introduced at a meeting of
the City Council of the City of Cupertino held on November 7, 1955
by Councilman I.Teyerholz who :roved its adoption and passage, which
motion was carried after being duly seconded by Councilman Nathanson
and passed by the following vote:
