hour of 6:45 p.m. in the Council ~ of the City Hall,
Cupertino, California, to ascertain whether the public necessity,
health, safety or welfare requires }he removal of poles, werhead
wires and associate~d averhead structures ar~d the uixiexgrowid
installation of wires and facilities for supplying electric
