A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
AUTHORIZINC EXECllTION OF DEFERRED UNDERGROUNDING AGREEMENT
I WITH MONTA VISTA ASSOCIATES FOR THE II~ROVEMENT OF FRONTAGE
ALONG PASADENA/GRANADA

' WHEREAS, Monta Vista Associates hereinafter reEerred to as "Developer">
desires to develop his property fronting Pasadena Avenue and Granada Avenue.
Tract No. 7751; and
WHEREAS, Developer wishes to defer the undergrounding of utility li~fea
~ fronting Pasadena Avenue and Granada Avenue; and
i WFiEREAS, an agreement has been presented to the City Council providing
for the deferred undergrounding of utility lines at the sole cost of the
I Developer all as more fully outlined in said agreement.
' NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED [hat the Mayor and the City Clerk are
hereby authorized [o execute the agreement herein referred to in behalf of
[he City of Cuper[ino.
; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED [hat the City Clerk is authorized to record said
~ agreement with the Santa Clara County Recorder.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Cupertino this 2nd day of December , 1985 by [he following vote:
