that annexation of a certain area designated ~~gainbc~w pY.ive 85-04"; and
~ the P~Y ~ers Nawni J. and Ralph L. Westernian and Arthur and Dagmar
L• Rauser petition for annexation; ard
' ~~iF~RFAS, said area is that described in F~chibit ~~A~~ ~ attached; ar~d
' WH~EA.S, the territory is uninhabited, and the annexation is proposed
because the area wishes to receive City services; and
WHII2EAS, the City of CUpertino shali~ ,in aao~at~ce With Section
35150.5 of the California Goverrnnent Code, serve as the conducting
authority of this annexation and ar~y resolution on9ering such annexation
shall provide that the annexation shall be made subject t.o no terms and

W~EAS~ any owner within the territozl' Proposed to be annexed may
file a written protest against the annexation with the City Clerk at any
time prior to conclusion of the City Council's hearir~g on the proposed
anne~mtion;
