APPROVaIG PARCEL MAP AND IMPROVEMENT PLANS OF PROPERTY IACATED AT
RANDY LANE AND STEVENS CREEK BOULEVARD;
DEVEIApER, WDT-CUPERTa10, A CALIFORNIA LIMITED PARTNERSHIP;
I AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT;
' ALft'HORIZING SIGNING OF PARCEL MAP AND IMPROVEMENT PLANS
WHEREAS, there has been preserited to the City Cauncil for approval of
' the parr,el map and improvement plans of ProPertY located at Randy Iane and
Stevens Creek Boulevard by WDT-/Cupertino, A California Limited
' Partnership; and
' WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council a proposed
agreement for the construction of streets, curbs, and gutters, and for
, other improvements, and good and sufficient bonds (letter of credit),
, fees, and deposits as set forth in Exhibit "A" having been presanted for
the faithful performance of said work and the carrying out of said
, agreement; and said map, agreement and bonds having been approved by the
City Attorney;

, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT
,
a. Said parcel map and imprwement plans herein referred to are
, hereby approved.
b. The offer of dedication for street areas and all easements are
i hereby accepted.
~ a Tha City Engineer is hereby authorized to sign said improvement
~ plans.
j d. The City Engineer and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to
sign said parcel map and have it recorded.
i e. The Mayor and the City Clerk az~e hereby author~zed to ex~ute the
~ agreement herein referred to.
