A RES07~fFZON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
ACCEP'1~iG GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR ROADWAY PURPOSES FROM
WDT-CUPERTINO, A CALIFORNIA LIMITED PARTNERSHIP
CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY .0369 ACRE, LOCATED ON
RANDY LANE AT STEVENS CREEK BOULEVARD
WHEREAS, WDT-/Cupertino, A California Limited Partnership, has
executed a Grant of Easeme.nt For Roadway Purposes which is in good and
suffiaient form, granting to the City of Cupezttno, County of Santa Clara,
State of California, easement over certain real property for roadway
puzposes, situate in the City of Cupertino, more particularly described in
i Exhibit ~~A" and Exhibit "B'~, attached hereto and made a part hereof which
is as follows:
All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino,
I County of Santa Clara, State of California, consisting of
approximately .0369 acres on Randy Lane at Stevens Creek Boulevard.
NOW, Tf~T2EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Ctipertino accept said
grant so tendered; and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk ba and she is hereby
authorized to record said Grant of Easement and this Resolution.
