BE IT RESOLYED by the City Couneil of the City of Cupertino:
Pursuant to the California Land Conservation Aet of 1965 this
' Council finds that Hoo Gee and My Sui Hom have met the conditions of
approval for the cancellation of the Williamson Act Contraet recorded
February 27, 1973 in Book 0254, pages 160-170 et seq. of the Official
' Records of the Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, State of California;
' and
NOW, THEAEFORE, BE I'f RESOLVED that the City Clerk is directed to
record a Certificate of Cancellation for Williamson Act Contraet No.
73-111, APN 362-17-001.
