CC Resolution No. 6660 , 1 • • i RESOLUTION N0. 6660 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING THE FINAL MAP AND IMPROVEMENT PLANS OF TRACT N0. I 7675 LOCATED ON FOREST AVENUE, DEVELOPER KIRKEBY AND ' ASSOCIATES, INC., AND ROBERT KEHOE ACCEPTING CERTAIN II EASEMENTS; AUTHORIZING SIGNING OF iINAL MAP AND , IMPROVEMENT PLANS; AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT IN CONNECTION THEREWITH WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council for approval and for authorization to record final map of Tract No. 7675 located on Forest Avenue showing certain avenues, drives, places, and roads by Kirkeby and Associates, Inc., and Robert Kehoe; and WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council a proposed agreement for the construction of s[reets, curbs, and gu[ters, and for other improvements, and good and sufficient bonds, fees, and deposits as set forth in Exhibi[ "A" having been presented for the faithful performance of said work and the carrying out of said agreement; and said map, agreement and bonds having been approved by the City At[orney; NOId, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT a. Said final u~ap and improvement plans of Tract No. '675, be and the same are hereby approved. : b. The offer of dedication for roadway and for easements is hereby accepted. c. The City Engineer and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to sign final map. d. The Ci[y Engineer is hereby authorized to sign [he improvement plans. e. The Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized [o execute the agreement herein referred to.
