RESOLOTION N0. 6625
A RESOLOTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF pUITCLAIM DEED, STELLING ROAD
AT STEVENS CREEK BOULEVARD
WHEREAS, the City wishes to quitclaim any interest that the City might
have in APN 326-31-14;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City Clerk are
hereby authorized to execute the quitclaim deed quitclaiming the City's
interest as aforementioned.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Counoil of the
City of Cupertino on the y~_ day of .T,Y~Iv , 1985 by the following
