A RESOLUTIOPI OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
; DECLARING WEEDS GROWINC 0[1 CERTAIN DESCRIBED PROPERTY TO
BE A PUBLIC IJUISANCE
WHEREAS, weeds are growing in the City of Cupertino upon certain
streets, sidewalks, highways, roads and private property; and
4liiEAEAS, said weeds may attain such growth as to become a fire
menace or which are otherwise noxious or dangerous; and
, WHEREAS, said weeds constitute a public nuisance;
I NOt•~, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
I Cupertino as follows:
' 1• That said weeds do now constitute a public nuisance;
Z• That aaid nuisance exists upon all of the streets,
sidewalks, highways, roads and private property more particularly
described by com,~non names or by reference to the tract, bloek, lot,
code area, and pareel number on the report prepared by the Senior
Building Inspector-Fire Marshal and attached hereto;
3• That the 17th day of Dacember, 1984 at the hour o: 6:~5
p•m., or as sooa thereafter as the matter can be h~ard, a~ the
Council Chambers in the City Hall, City of Cupertir.o, are hereby set
as the time and place where all property owners having any ob~ections
to the propoaed removal of such weeds may be heard;
That the Senior c3uilding Inspector-Fire II~rshal is hereby
designated and ordered as the person to cause notice of the adoption
of tnis resolution to be given in the manner and fora provided in
Sections 9.08.040 of the Cupertino Municipal Code.

the City of Cupertino this 19th day of November, 1984 by the
