A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
I ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR ROADWAY PURPOSES FROM ALLAN G. BYEH
' AND MARIAN BYER, HUSBAND AND WIFE~ AS JOINT TENANTS CONSISTING OF
APPROXIMATELY 0.05 ACRES~ LOCATED EAST SIDE OF SO•
I DE AN2A BOULEVAAD SOUTH OF SILVERADO AVENUE
WHEREAS, Allan G. Byer and Marian Byer, husband and wife, a3
~oint tenants, have executed a Grant of Easement for Roadway Purposes
uhich is in good and sufficient form granting to the City of
Cupertino, County of 5anta Clara, State of California, easement over
certain real property for roadway purposes, situate in the City of
Cupertino, more particularly described in Exhibit "A~~ and Exhibit
' "B", attached hereto and made a part hereof, which is as follows:
i~ All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino,
j County of Santa Clara, State of California, consisting of
~ approximately 0.05 acres on the east side of So. De Anza
i Boulevard south of Silverado Avenue.
~ NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Cupertino accept
9aid grant so tendered; and

IT IS FURTHER AESOLVED that the City Clerk be and she is hereby
authorized to record said dedication and this Resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Couneil of
the City of Cupertino this lst day of October, 1984 by the following
